Removed and replaced rotten deck on top section of deck. Replaced any rotten framing as needed on top section. Removed and replaced complete bottom section of deck raising it to same level as top section. Hauled off all trash from job we did.

Removed and reset gutter to allow access to remove and replace rotten wood. Removed and replaced rotten fascia, soffit and brick mold. Remove siding on window box and installed Hardi. Power washed, cleaned scraped, primed, caulked and painted complete exterior of house. Removed and replace 6 lights and 1 ceiling fan inside house. Cleaned up and hauled trash off from job we did.

Rebuilt a room an addition in Sept of 2004 and built a new addition in June 2006. Pour concrete, built walls. Put Hardi siding on. Put sheetrock and insulation in walls and ceiling. Textured and painted inside and out on areas worked on. Laid ceramic tile on floors and around whirlpool tub. Extended the master bedroom, built a new closet and converted the old closet into a whirlpool tub room. The complete job from start to finish is in the photo section.
