We completely tore out two bathrooms and replaced with new ceramic floors, tubs, vanity tops and cultured-marble surrounds above tubs. All sheetrock was repaired and we replaced one interior door. We also removed and replaced kitchen countertops and installed all appliances the owner provided. Carpet was laid downstairs and both bathrooms were painted.
